Not the double life of Veronique, or Benjamin button, but the sort of hokey nonsense that I enjoy. Blake Lively plays a woman who never ages, which means she ends up going out with the son of an old lover (h. ford). The mess of this situation is never explored. And the ridiculous portentous voiceover adds to the silliness. But in its melodrama, and a wooden Blake Lively trying on lots of outfits and a bit of Katharine Hepburn drawl, it motors along as metaphysical entertainment good for a rainy afternoon.
