A little girl's cat goes robbing at night with a cat burglar. The girl's mother is a police officer whose husband has been killed by a nasty criminal. The girl's nanny is in cahoots with the crim's gang. The cat burglar is a nice guy. Hmm sounds crazy but the animation is good, the story, music, and characters, dreamy nighmarey, good.
