Could have been great, a classic film about pissing people off your way to the top. The book is funnier. But the films looks like it was made in a hurry, all sketched in moments and characters, without time for any real emotions or urgency, danger, or worry. Mildly entertaining, but if only they would credit the viewer with some patience and intelligence.
