Initially I resisted this MOR offering from former hard rockin' guitar hero JJ, but I've come to love the straight out tenderness. Is it still possible to write - much less sing - the wrenching romantic ballad? Jim reminds me a bit of Paul McCartney, with a voice the equal of even the mushiest sentiments. It is unashamedly Rolling Stone Magazine-ish, but still...
