Great stuff from the lochness like pseudonymous Neapolitan author. My Brilliant Friend favourite so far, raw, violent, real, exciting about friendship, rivalry, our sexist century (ies), and Naples.
Less keen on Days Of Abandonment, a bit too Kafka for me. The Lost Daughter is brilliant, will make you see the beach, motherhood, and dolls differently for the rest of your life.
