Agnes martin and sonia delaunay at tate modern
Posted: Sun Jul 26, 2015 8:01 pmSonia gets three stars. Agnes gets one. Strangely the wall plaque refers to sonia in the first person. Agnes really is thin. Just wobbly pencil and pastel bands. Sonia has more meat in the soup. With time most old abstraction looks good . A little yellowing and crazing helps to bring history into the mix.
