It's a shame it's taken this long to get around to a career survey for Damien. The whole fabrication/commission/installation thing has gone off the boil, Mike Nelson? Maybe but who wants to go all the way back to Damien at this point? But then he was a late-comer, (see Koons etc) it's only fitting he should be a late-goer.

Google translate this item very roughly: Hirst now nothing more than an establishment bauble. Pietsch mentions Julian Spalding being barred from the opening and playing to the cameras with an "Art is about open debate" speech, while the Tate, typically is about shutting it out, maintaining denial. That much is clear to the Germans.
