If you put an equals sign after the first part of the url script - like url= (the url will have square brackets around it like [url... but I can't put the equals sign inside them here - or even complete the brackets! - without the PHPBB formatting throwing a wobbly) and then paste your link directly after the = this will make the following part of your selected text a hyperlink. Make sure an end script, that is - [/url] completes your selected text. Then you can do something like this, linking this page to our home page, as an example...
Or using your Divack example...
