Allpress Espresso, Redchurch Street

As I arrived in the establishment I scanned the menu board for any indication of a heated chocolate drink. Horrified, was I, as I discovered none. However, on being interrogated on the presence of heated chocolate drinks, the coffee-woman confirmed that they did indeed serve heated chocolate drinks....

Unknown Chapman, Hoxton Square

The animal-faced nazi children are mildly mentally stimulating at first but ultimately boring. Upstairs is a creepy room that fails as anything more than a creepy room, dotted with unoriginal tired trendy religious stuff. The downstairs paintings are redeemingly good. Mr. Chapman could just stand in...

Lots of people at IBID Project Hoxton Square

The subject box restricts me from naming all of the artists. Unica Zurn's psychedelic-y drawings are the best thing there and intricate enough to be interesting but not pointlessly fiddly so as to be annoying. Marianne Vitale's "Horse Fed" is like a twee-er less-good version of an Unica Zu...

Grow Up by Ben Brooks

Entertaining with a constant underlying hum of mild tediousness, created by the deadpan sentences that one becomes increasingly depressed by. Entertaining nonetheless. Entertaining as far as teenagers taking ketamine can be entertaining. So quite entertaining.

Neal Fox, Beware of the God, Daniel Blau Hoxton Square

It was pretty sort of good. The quotes on the otherwise kind of nice glass things were annoying.

Co-op Croissant 79p

As I pierce its golden exterior and descend into its fluffy yet substantial insides with my enamel mouth-shards, all is well with the cosmos and my existence shines.

Pringles

They have gotten smaller. Fitting one in one's mouth whole used to be an admirable feat. Alas, no more. As I place one fully in mouth, the familiar face-chilling pain from the cavity in my molar gives way to a hollow, empty feeling in the mouth and heart. I bow my head. As the tiny amount of disinte...

Erythromycin Tablets

A small, shiny, smoothly textured snack in a delightfully bright red colour. I received 28 of these free of charge from the splendid woman at the pharmacy. As well as being blessed with the ability to, at will, view the stunning aesthetic of these objects, I was told they would cure the infection in...

Choccie Dodgers

What looks at first like heinous blasphemy against the sacred Jammy variety turns out to be a delightful biscuit-themed product. Would consume again.

Yayoi Kusama at Victoria Miro

Inside there are annoying, patronising, cloying sculptures that one develops an increasingly strong urge to violently smash to small pieces throughout viewing the exhibition. Outside there are more of these. They seem to be aiming for some kind of designer vinyl toy-esque coolness but fail in a slig...

Robin Rhode at White Cube Hoxton Square

Mildly irritating drumming combines with mildly interesting videos to form an excruciatingly mild atmosphere.

Outrageous, dear sir.

Correct me if I am wrong, but could the flow of spam not have been quelled by putting a recaptcha or similar verification device on the review form that I do so miss from the previous layout?
