From: anonymous Category: Art Date: 25 January 2010 Time: 12:18 PM Review: To accept an invitation to be a Royal Academician is like accepting a Knighthood - it is weird how there are still so many artists wanting to be part of the Old Establishment. Tracey Emin RA would jump at the chance to call herself Dame Tracey if she was ever offered such and " honour ". And who would care anyway. The RA is a joke, but their summer exhibition never ever is - that show is always seriously awful.
