Review:

The plinth with a person standing there waiting to jump (safety net ready) looks good, just because
the average joe (or anyone alive/real really) is not meant to be standing up high in the square. There
are some green portacabins opposite which perhaps change the feel of the square and certainly ruin
the view unless you like modernist brutalism. That ordinary people do some thing really quite worse
than ordinary/dull like dressing up or raising money for charity, worse than the street performers who
the police were hassling, ironically, you can only do crap stuff with permission, under control. A
portrait of art at it's worst, sucking up to the lowest patronising idea of what people want.
