Was not sure exactly where I was arriving, so arrived late for surgical outpatients. Passed by all the intricate charity shops on the way back home, and made a visit to ASDA. That was quite a luxury for someone living in Redhill. Crawley really is a new town, even if it has lost that soubriquet. The streets are all neatly laid out in blocks, though it didn't make it any easier to walk around. Strange not to see any buildings older than 50 years. Even the tatty supermarkets seemed squeaky clean.
