From: foodie II Category: Consumer Date: 01 November 2008 Time: 06:37 AM Review: We arrived at Zizzi and were the second customers there. Never order starters..... The bruschetta was CAKED in in pepper. As was the antipasto misto. We asked the cook not to put any pepper on the main course. This triggered some sort of reaction in the waitresses who, when 45 minutes later, our food was put on the serving counter ignored it completely. Finally after the food had stood growing cold for 10 minutes, the cook himself brought it to the table.Surprise surprise; the order was wrong. We had ordered 3 adult meals and 2 childrens meals. We got 3 tiny childrens portions of ancient, crusty pasta and 1 adult portion. Too tired and irritated to complain, we ate and asked for the bill. Judging from the small crowd there on a Friday lunchtime, we are not the only people there to find the food and service abysmally poor. Warning: do not eat here!
