From: papa Category: Art Date: 20 September 2008 Time: 05:29 AM Review: The screaming pope is totally unexciting for anyone brought up a catholic, as it is taken from a 17th Century painting, when popes were known for their childre,avarice, and dynasties. Few catholics feel much reverence for the Borgia popes, or any of the old popes. The image is a meaningless mess of a great painting by Velazquez.
