Review:

Apart from the whiff of mild antisemitism, the sad little burden of the upper classes, there are very
entertaining. Most of the book chronicling 50 years of his life, is used up by the time he is 30 and
married his good novels behind him, the rest is just sad little columns and gossipy spats. His father
evelyn sounds like a complete asshole, and bron was somewhat better, perhaps in a few generation
the waughs will produce a full human. Not likely, more chance of weaker and weaker waugh novels ad
infinitum.
