Down by the picturesque smokeries of old hastings fish is sold like you'd want, off the boat, though seems a lot of plaice skate and huss. ALways unless you ask the price first you feel overcharged, like a foreign taxi, still it's cheaper than london fishmongers though not asda. The moral of the story is look before you leap, or you'll get home with little change from £20, and the feeling you want to check the weight on your own scales.
