From: sim Category: Art Date: 27 May 2008 Time: 05:51 AM Review: Actually the real Indian Jones was based on an archeologist called Langdon Warner from America. He travelled along the Silk Route in in central Asia too. He wrote a book on Japanese art and sculpture and was responsible, partly, for stopping the U.S. bombing of Kyoto in WW2. He writes incredibly well especially about folk art. If anybody has a chance or has any of his publications please say.
