I wonder if they'll spend any money on art. Or it will just be a fantastic stack of messed up boxes full of 
shops, bars, and cafes. I just don't see how they can afford any art, so most of the rooms will need to 
be dark spaces showing videos by mental patients and primary school children, with a few Banksies 
dotted around - or perhaps the public, the great people, can just make and show  their own on special 
computers, inclusivity for all! Hurrah millenial Britainski.
