Review:

Existentialist nonsense from overproductive perve. We take our murdering bastard pimping hero and
thrust him into some kind of allo allo on acid occupied country, possibly in the east. He then does his
stuff and is sent to kafkaesque interrrogation where he discover his being essence and some other
junk. Simenon is dazzling shallow about these monstrous depths, and kets a kick out of all the
nastiness. True trash with a touch of literary class.
