From: an exhibition at spike island bristol Category: Art Date: 05 September 2007 Time: 06:12 PM Review: http://www.spikeisland.org.uk/ a sort of parody of a worthy public space show. a bunch of boring old crap filling some nicely designed multi-use space in a provincial city where only a few bearded folk give a fuck about art. a few wholemeal people invigilating, one even rushes up offering us a tour, we decline without rudeness/honesty. yesterday's sandwiches are half-price in the cafe, still overpriced for rotten food. the show is like every bits and pieces arts council, fake art, art which is safe and has a proposal attached art you have ever seen.
