Two women who appear to have real medical expertise soberly explain the real effects of people diets on their life expectancies while diet fads such as gastric bands are debunked and fit people subject themselves to experiments in bad eating and boozing. There's no colon cleansing, pooh examination, 'super foods' or screaming at people 'You are killing yourself'.
