When I used to run on the cliffs around my house, I would sometimes wonder what the sailors on the Belgrano went through as they set out in life rafts. Was strange, sad and moving to see the songs, get-togethers, sentimental journeys and ever-lasting farewells on Sunday afternoon while taking a break from the library. Went back to Geriatric medicine and veterans's stories on google, bbc, Guardian. More British veterans have committed suicide than died during the War.
