I made the foolish mistake of looking forward to this show. Once I got there I tried to see the good in these black paintings, I even 
started to convince myself that the big one on the right as you go in with the pretentious sounding german title was quite good. 
Maybe this was due to the company it was holding. I gave myself a kick and realised what I liked were things to do with space, 
achieved in a similar way to the way that Tomma Abts does it, only with Peri it seemed like a lucky accident aided by a can of 
spray paint, spoiled by drips and never to be repeated. In reproductions these pictures can look good. In reality they are too sloppy 
to be taken seriously. The drawings are boring. I saw the paintings as an antitode to these. Quite good for Art Now though.
