From: Femka Category: Art Date: 28 March 2007 Time: 11:19 AM Review: http://www.salon.com/people/feature/1999/06/05/millet/ http://www.h-net.org/~women//bibs/bibl-millett.html has some of the article referred to in the salon article! Stream of consciousness. Short sentences. First annoying then compelling. A lot of the dehunked Miller in there. Kate Millett. Revolutionary feminist. I like that. Her free love. Her dealing with fame. Fighting for women for lesbians and gays. Fighting with them. Romance. Love. Get confused between claire, celia, vita etc. The movement. In fighting. Always the same. All revolutions end with that. Meanwhile sexual politics is devalued demeaned by the anti-political correctness brigade. You can read about her in the links above. She is sort of forgotten. Noone wants people who care. She concludes that change is what matters. Not politics which is about power, groups, dominance. Change comes from people being doing different. Freeer Free her.
