From: Out- to- lunch Category: Art Date: 05 March 2007 Time: 05:10 PM Review: Victoria Miro is usually good for a substantial amount of something, one thing, to look at and enjoy hating/loving/being -indifferent -to it. Never a fan of group shows, it’s a rare occasion that elements/artist/practices ever go together, and perhaps they do here but I couldn't careless. In fact perhaps I should care more that I just don't have an inkling or the mind 's desire, pretension, or aspirations to self improvement to want to care. It must take longer to write the press releases for these shows, more work for the gallery, summing up the different artists in neat art speak paragraphs. Action, inaction, as if any artists would like to bother hanging around, being there for their show (save on the opening night) to perform, if they could be successful with out that, I'd get linen service if I could too.
