Review:

a rich plastic surgerised european style woman: " I think we got the best one." The tragedy of these
not kitsch enough, kitsch, ok-sub-standard paintings is that the irony will be lost on the collectors, who
will buy them because they appeal to their real taste for kitsch figurative painting. Paintings of Paris
Hilton and country houses and horses, that look pretty and painterly on the wall, ideal gifts and
wonderful stores of investment, and what everyone REALLY wants. There is an attempt at art by
installing them with some stuff from the paintings. Nevertheless the Serpentine, gallery and water,
was looking pretty in the tepid night sky.
