Review:

New restaurant part of the redeveloped Spitalfields; glowingly reviewed by AA Gill in the S.Times.

I went yesterday lunchtime. For my main course I had roast beef, which was thin, fatty, and not served
medium rare as requested. I've had much better cooked by WWR colleagues. Caramel chocolate
brownie & ice cream pudding was wonderful, though, and as fattening as I'd hoped. My dining
companions both had macaroni cheese - a decent-sized helping, and looked good as far as it goes.

Not a great deal of atmosphere to the place, but I just don't like new buildings.

It's possible to have an enjoyable meal here, but not an incredible one.
