need it be said how bad they are. you phone them to subscribe to their fucking service, and you have 
to wait half an hour to speak to the wrong person, who says they'll put you thu immediately, and then 
you get cut off.  you phone back and then the automated man, the scottish big brother voice over guy, 
matelily tells you that you may have to wait up to 30 mins.


You are trying to buy something from them and they wont speak to you. sometimes when you do 
speak to a person they cant log into your details... they have to put you through to the london office or 
whatever. for some reason their computers are not all connected up. 

whats the alternative.. a bt landline fro x pounds a month, an internet subscription, and a crapview 
box???
