From: Remi Category: Consumer Date: 27 November 2006 Time: 04:15 PM Review: Reminded myself of the strange netherworld of Greigs in Mayfair, a land of contrasts, where budget eaters straddle tables next to American socialites, where Oxford colleges congregate in the heart of London's cityscape, and above all a place where steaks taste like they've just come off the UK veld. We were not disappointed, in fact, we were even more pleasantly surprised than last time, with the starters coming in green, fresh and cheesy, and topped with walnuts. The waiters and waitresses change with the seasons, so you never quite know what to expect, but it's never anything but decent and polite. For pudding, I recommend the Paul Smith sale shop, which sells Paul Smith items at sale price, and is only 2 mins away by foot.
