Review:

There are three versions of Ping pong, as all you table tennis enthusiasts will no doubt tell me. That's
a darn bit better than Cafe Rouge, which I was shocked to discover fills up a whole page of localities
around the country. It made me feel so cheap as I sipped on my citron presse in the Laines of
Brighton. Where was ye old Coffee shoppe?

A stone's throw from Grant & Cutler modern languages bookshop, but don't eat too late as you might
not get a chance to check out the Asterix videos afterwards. A wonderful array of dim-sums on
display and a curious Jasmine tea that sort of comes to life they you pour boiling water down it. The
squid with satay rather stood out. Found it hard to eat chicken dishes after reading about chickens
suffering from ammonia burns in captivity. Release that flock!

Oily chili sauce was rather tasty and fun to play with. Take care with the vegetable dim sums as they
are liable to explode in the soy sauce dish. Not a pretty sight. Three flavours of ice cream was a fine
way to end the afternoon's proceedings. I would recommend this restaurant, if for nothing else, the
way it calculates the break-down of the bill according to the number of people present. Do you want to
go dutch or take French leave?
