From: aspendex Category: Life Date: 01 October 2006 Time: 07:34 AM Review: I was a crime virgin. Now I am a victim of the villains at the police call them. They, they are always they, got in through my wobbly locked front door and knicked my flat screen computer monitor. Luckily I am paranoid and had hidden my digital camera and non-digitial camera under some stuff, so they didn't find them. They had put their fingers in some drawers (not knickers) and stole a bowl of change ( I kid you not, were they a kid/kids?). The police were too busy dealing with fighting thugs when I reported said incident, but a pleasant couple of plods rolled up the next day. At leisurely pace the following day another duo came to fingerprint with some dust and a brush and an old suitcase. Not CSI, not even CSI miami. Just the roll-out of bureaucracy, the grind of petty crime, nothing big. The villains had wedged the door open, to come back for the big crap tv or the hard drive of my computer, so I am lucky really. Unless they break in again and stab me to death in a bloody brutalness and newspaper headline of the world gone made and the decline of civilisation. Well, then, they might send out some people quickly to look for clues to catch them.
