Review:

This work is simply rubbish.

The problem with the stuckists is two-fold:

1. They think there's a solution to the mess art is in.

2. (more ridiculously) They think they're it - or, more likely, they act like they are when it's manifestly
obvious they're not.

In my view, they don't really believe any of this and have simply taken on the characteristics of their
imagined oppressors from the big bad world of the London media/adland/artworld axis of evil and
given themselves over to hype without substance. They claim to be against conceptualism, but are
engaged in an overwhelmingly conceptual enterprise, the promotion of an idea of art for which their
second-rate daubings are just ciphers that, like other propagandistic signifiers, reveal themselves on
examination to signify almost nothing except emptiness (for which read: honesty, skill, integrity).
