Good show - not his most famous work but chance to see some less well known work from his vast output of paintings, sculptures, cut outs, assemblages and prints. Really loose work - loose handling in the paint, simple designs on plates and ceramics. 'Naive' and childlike quality in some things. Lots of musicallity. Great sense of freedom and invention that Picasso is famed for and references his great themes of bullfighting, women, etc references Van Gogh and Matisse. Museum standard display with lighting and copious amounts of security guards randomly standing next to the work.
