Seconded. Thing is, Morris is not a good director. Sharp brain, great comedy actor, but frankly naff director. How unwatchable was that Jam thing? And nathan barley had lots of good ideas but no shape or focus. Same with this film. Don't take this as me being a wilfully inverted-snob but St Trinians 2 is a masterpiece in comparison. It succeeded in fulfilling the basic elements of comedy - 1) characters in conflict, 2) goodies and baddies well defined, 3)a fast-moving plot that still gives air for the characters and humour to breathe, 4) a subplot that supports but doesn't get in the way of the main story, 5) a decent, satisfactory ending.
