In other words, there really is a meaningful choice here: vote in the way most likely to bring about PR, which means vote tactically for a hung parliament. If you live in a seat safe for any of the three parties, vote Lib Dem. If you live in a Lib Dem/Labour marginal, vote Lib Dem. But if you live in a Labour/Tory marginal, definitely vote Labour. This is a disgusting way to have to think about voting, but once you've accepted that your vote is largely meaningless in most other respects, it's pretty much the only way to go.
