Hey, I think you might be the victim of a hoax. A few years back Kevin Eldon (from Brass Eye) created a character called Tony Rudd who was a ficticious musician from the 70s. There's even a website www.myspace.com/tonyrudd I know Eldon had a character called Paul Hamilton which is one of the names you mention and I know Chris Morris does brilliant parodies of Jarvis Cocker etc So I recon Bisonics don't really exist and that it's part of some project that will reveal itself next time one of those jokers is on tv.
