Been trying to contact my local arts council office . Three names and numbers given on the website two of them give an erry recording saying they no longer work for the arts council and then refer you to the third person which I rang and got a recording saying they were in the office but couldn't come to the phone (tried calling three times through the day and today as well) and if I leave my number they would get back to me. Guess what I don't want to leave my number, wonder why not ? Why cant you pick up the phone ? why do you want my and other artists numbers ? Whats going on ? I'm suspicious !
